LAUDERDALE, Fla., USA and ISTANBUL, Turkey – The recreational and commercial fishing industries in the U.S., came away with positive news during the recent negotiations at the International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas (ICCAT), according to Ellen Peel, who served as the U.S. Recreational Commissioner.
